If this becomes a problem the session will end immediately and payment in full will be expected.

- All appointments are expected to start on time. Late arrivals will still end at the allotted time.
- There is a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. Anyone not abiding by this policy, as well as any no-shows, will be expected to pay 50% of the full price on the 1st incident and 100% for any incident thereafter.
- Only 1 discount may be applied per service.
- New client specials & referral discounts will be invalidated if appointment is missed or cancelled/rescheduled with less then 24 hours notice.
- Gift Certificates are valid for the service listed for 1 year, after one year they have the monetary value originally paid
